“Wise king Alija” to be commemorated in Bosnia

The founding president of Bosnia-Herzegovinia, Alija Izetbegovic, or the “Wise King” who died 9 years ago, commemorated on Friday in Bosnia.

The tomb of Izetbegovic, passed away on October 19, 2003, will be visited by Suleyman Tihic, the leader of The Party of Democratic Action (SDA), founded by Alija Izetbegovic,deputies of SDA and former staff members.
Alija Izetbegovic Museum will host a book presenting event on modern Bosnia and Bosnian Culture Center will host a conference on the legacy of the wise king.
