Turkey’s industrial production index in August 2012 decreased by 1.5 percent compared to same month of the previous year.
Turkey’s industrial production index in August 2012 decreased by 1.5 percent compared to same month of the previous year.Turkish statistical authority, TurkStat, released on Tuesday the industrial output index figures for August.
In the sub sectors level of industry, mining and quarrying index increased by 0.4%, manufacturing index decreased by 2.6% and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index increased by 4.5% in August 2012 compared to the same month of the previous year.
Calendar adjusted production index in August 2012 increased by 1.2% compared to the same month of previous year and seasonal and calendar adjusted industrial production index decreased by 2.3% compared to previous month.
