According to a recent report of FRA, a European research organization, the number of discrimination, snoring and racist attacks against Muslims is increasing every year.  Majority of Muslims living in Europe are exposed to discrimination, physical violence and harassment, even though they are strongly connected with the country they live in. And also it is indicated that the reason of this discrimination is historical, religious and cultural in the report.

For example, the American-Based research company PEW  says that the Muslim population is growing rapidly and that by 2030 one in four people on Earth will become Muslims. And this research company warns Christian Europe in this regard. Unfortunately many research centers that conduct surveys and public inquiries provoke European people against Muslims. These research companies are implying that Muslims are dangerous. Thus, they cause the Christian people in Europe to look at Muslims with suspicion, anxiety and hatred.

The last victim of these racist attacks was the Turkish-rooted footballer Mesut Özil of the German National Team. Mesut Ozil still only one who was blamed for Germany’s disqualification from the tournament at the group stage. Especially after south korea match Many Germans said some  bad words to Mesut Özil. So why do Germans want to blame Ozil for their World Cup loss? Born and raised in Germany, Ozil is a practising Muslim with Turkish roots. At times, his loyalty to the team has been questioned, and he’s almost always been criticised for not singing the German national anthem before the kickoff. Apparently, fundamental values like Democracy and Human Rights are increasingly losing their importance in Europe. And unfortunately living in Europe as immigrants is getting harder and harder.
