European tourism executive praises Bursa’s touristic value.
A representative of the Union of European Thermal Centers, Joao Pinto Barbosa said that Bursa was an attractive city with its thermal hotels and rich history.
Speaking at the First Bursa Tourism Summit held under the auspices of the Governorship of Bursa on Saturday, Barbosa underlined that Bursa was an important center with its thermal facilities.
I think that Turkish authorities can use thermal facilities and historic richness of Bursa to attract tourists, Barbosa noted.
“We have made investments in 31 countries and try to develop spa tourism everywhere from Iceland to Turkey,” Barbosa also said.
