Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has published indicators of natural gas and oil demand till 2020.
According to the chart, published on the ministry website on Thursday, Turkey’s oil demand by 2020 will increase an average 2 million tons a year.
Demand on natural gas by 2017 (inclusively) will grow an average of 1 billion cubic meters a year. From 2018 to 2020, this demand will reach 2 billion cubic meters a year. However, the greatest growth rates, 2.1 billion cubic meters, are expected in 2013.
