If Donald Trump wins the upcoming elections, Evangelical Americans could heighten their interest in Zionism and Israel, potentially fueling new terror movements under the name of Islam and pump up Islamophobia again. Meanwhile, Turkey and Iran might emerge as new production hubs in the region.
Wars continue to rage around us, in both the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. Let us not forget that all these conflicts are taking place along the routes between Europe and China, where knowledge and wealth are moving from West to East.
A wave of assassinations targeting political leaders could arise globally.
After winning the November 2016 elections and becoming the President of the United States, Donald Trump began his foreign travels in May 2017. The first international visit of the new US President was to Saudi Arabia. There, after securing agreements worth hundreds of billions of dollars in U.S. relations with regional countries, he delivered a speech outlining America’s perspective on the Middle East. On May 21, after meeting with many Arab leaders in Riyadh, he said the following:
“As a representative of the American people, I stand before you to deliver a message of friendship and hope. That is why I chose to make my first foreign visit a trip to the heart of the Islamic world, to the nation that preserves the two holiest cities of Islam… This region lies at the center of critical waterways, from the Suez Canal to the Red Sea and the Strait of Hormuz… Today, this area is even more important. Sixty-five percent of the population here is under 30 years old… Yet, the hopes of the people in the Middle East are being destroyed by terror and bloodshed… Terrorists invoke the name of God with every atrocity they commit, slaughtering the innocent, which is nothing but an insult to people of all beliefs. Terrorists worship death, not God!…
America is a sovereign nation, and our top priority is the safety and security of our people. The Middle East is a region of natural beauty, rich cultures, and extraordinary treasures… This region should be a destination for people to flock to, not flee from… ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas, and many other organizations are not only killing people; they are destroying generations… We are witnessing humanitarian and security catastrophes spreading from this region to the world…
Some estimates suggest that 95% of these terror victims are Muslims… To secure our future, we must eradicate terror and the ideology that fuels it… Essentially, America seeks peace, not war… Saudi Arabia is home to one of the world’s largest religions… Egypt has been a center of learning and heritage for thousands of years… Visiting Jordan and walking through the ancient streets of Petra is a dream for many… Iraq was the cradle of civilization…”
Trump listed the countries represented by the leaders in the audience and praised the beauty of each nation. He then addressed Arab leaders and the Islamic world with a series of warnings and wishes, concluding his speech with the following:
“Terrorism has spread across the world. But the path to peace begins right here, on this ancient soil, in this sacred land. Yet the people of this region cannot wait for the United States to come and end terrorism. The people of the Middle East will decide what kind of future they want for their countries and their children. This choice of future will be yours, not America’s decision… America is ready to stand with you for shared interests and security. The right choice will be to stand against terrorism. Drive out the terrorists and fanatics from among you! Expel them from your places of worship, your communities, your holy lands, and everywhere!… If we work together, we will succeed… May God protect you! May God bless your countries. And may God bless the United States!”
After his speech, the U.S. President departed from his Saudi allies and traveled to Israel. Following this visit, an operation began in Saudi Arabia, as not all Saudis were Trump’s allies. In Saudi Arabia, there are two groups: those aligned with the American oil lobby and the globalists. The Republican Party, which brought Trump to power, is the political powerhouse of the oil lobby. This group’s base within the American public largely consists of WASP (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant) Evangelicals, who adhere to a religious and political belief known as “Christian Zionism.” According to their Middle Eastern strategy, oil-affiliated Arabs and Israel should be united through common interests with the U.S.

In contrast, the American ally of the globalist Saudis is the Democratic Party. As Trump was heading to Israel after gathering Arab leaders in Riyadh for signings, arrests began of billionaire globalist Saudis. In fact, this clash between globalists and oil factions even reached a climax in Istanbul, with the infamous murder incident at the Saudi consulate (Istanbul) there connected to these tensions.
Republican President Trump’s ally in Israel was Netanyahu. When Biden later threatened Netanyahu upon becoming president, Israel’s leadership found itself in turmoil; Netanyahu began facing difficult times and was dragged into conflict. Biden’s October 7 visit to Israel and the images he shared were not a show of support for the Israeli government’s policies, but rather an obligatory U.S. state policy. The Democrats’ policy was to unseat Netanyahu, and the Americans applauding Netanyahu in Washington’s Congress were mostly Republicans, not Democrats.
One of the U.S.’s unchanging state policies, regardless of who is in power, is the security of Israel. That explains why, after October 7, the American navy began showcasing its strength in the Eastern Mediterranean. It is also essential to remember that Republicans hold significant power within the Pentagon, representing America’s military strength. Another key responsibility in the U.S.’s Middle Eastern strategy is securing the region’s oil resources and trade routes.
Returning to Trump’s 2017 visits, he sat down in Israel with local Israeli actors, specifically discussing the Arab-Israeli cooperation project led diplomatically by his Jewish son-in-law. This project was centered on oil and gas. Thus, the conservative Israelis led by Netanyahu also found their American political allies among the Republicans, much like the Saudi oil backers. Meanwhile, in the eyes of American Democrats, Israeli conservatives are seen as a problematic group, at times disrupting Washington’s Middle Eastern policy.
After leaving Israel, President Trump traveled to the Vatican. There, he met with Pope Francis, a spiritual leader with hundreds of millions of followers who presides over wealth worth billions of dollars. Pope Francis has aligned himself with the globalists who have waged a war against the oil lobby. Although Trump’s first two international visits with allies went smoothly, his visit to the Vatican was a challenging one to a rival. Yet, there were still some allies to be found there. Although Pope Francis aligned with the globalists, his opponents within the Vatican were open to an alliance with Trump. As the November 2020 presidential election approached, Vatican dissidents openly campaigned for American Catholics to support Trump.
Oil wealth sustains Trump-supporting Republicans in the U.S., Putin in Russia, and certain Middle Eastern monarchies. Petrodollar wealth in both the U.S. and Russia supports social conservatives. Both American and Russian conservatives oppose globalist policies on population control, family, and gender. Meanwhile, petrodollars in the Middle East sustain certain state entities and occasionally fund violent groups that emerge from the region.
Globalists aim to dismantle these groups across American, Russian, and Middle Eastern landscapes and liquidate their fortunes. This struggle is sometimes labeled as the “9/11 Attacks” or “the fight against terrorism.” At other times, it can be seen through the names of countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, and Yemen. Or, it might simply be referred to as the “Arab Spring” or the “Israel-Palestine War.” In all these conflicts, a bitter truth that the writer of Trump’s Riyadh speech highlighted becomes apparent: Muslims are the largest victims of violence.
IF A SECOND TRUMP ERA BEGINS
Trump became the most impactful political leader in the world to use social media diplomacy. After the events following the 2020 presidential election, Twitter intervened with Trump’s account, leading Trump to announce his departure from the platform. When Elon Musk bought the company and rebranded it as X, Trump returned to back and tweeted after a few years had passed.
Throughout his presidency, Trump effectively used public diplomacy through what we call ‘Twitter diplomacy of Twiplomacy‘ in academic circles. This ‘Twiplomacy‘ involved tweets with significant political impact. For instance, he targeted the FED (Federal Reserve) for not providing the financial support he sought, accusing it of betrayal. He also openly threatened the EU and China in foreign policy and occasionally issued warnings to allied nations and their citizens through tweets. In 2018, he stated in his posts that he could topple the Saudi King within two week. He had devalued the Turkish lira by striking at Turkey’s economy with the dollar, a clear act of twiplomacy. His open letter to President Erdoğan, posted directly on the platform, was particularly noteworthy. He also retweeted posts by Vatican dissidents who accused the current Pope of collaborating with Freemasons and globalists to reshape the world, thereby broadcasting these claims worldwide…
Now, based on this overview of his actions so far, let us present our predictions on what might happen if he wins the upcoming election.
WAVES OF CHANGE IN THE MIDDLE EAST
After the November 5, 2024 election, whoever forms the new U.S. government will begin assigning roles. The groundwork is already in place, but the election outcome is awaited. Intelligence and think tanks presenting pre-2015 government scenarios predicted that capital and technology from the West would shift toward the East. One of the results of this shift is anticipated to be new waves of change in the Middle East during the 2020s, with Iran expected to open up to the outside world as part of this transformation.

If some of these predictions come true, Turkey and Iran could become new production hubs in the region. However, the question is who will facilitate this shift? Is it the globalists or the American Republicans? The Trump administration had previously attempted to establish an Arab-Israeli geopolitical axis that excluded Turkey and Iran, which it viewed as aligned with the globalists. If developments in the coming years turn Turkey and Iran into investment bases, American interest groups will naturally compete here. They will seek a share in Iran’s market and Turkey’s industry.
If the Trump administration holds power (and is not overthrown by assassination) they are likely to cooperate with Putin in Russia. They will cooperate with MBS in Saudi Arabia, and Netanyahu in Israel. Tensions with Iran and China would continue from where they left off. It’s worth recalling that during Trump’s tenure, as U.S.-China tensions escalated, the world entered a pandemic. Predicting what the next chapter in this tension might bring is difficult. We may see coups or regime changes in some regions. If nuclear tensions are avoided, we are more likely to witness cyber and biological attacks.
While Evangelical Americans intensify their focus on Zionism and Israel, new terror movements could emerge under the guise of Islam, potentially pump up Islamophobia again. An administration aligned with the oil lobby would likely withdraw the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement, seeking to bury it once again. Fossil fuel companies would ramp up their expansion, and competition over new drilling areas would heat up. The waters surrounding Turkey, all of our seas, represent potential drilling zones.
THE EU WILL TRY TO BRING TURKEY TO ITS SIDE
In addition, NATO’s future will once again be up for debate, with discussions about the dissolution of the EU and the creation of a European army likely to arise. New waves of migration and gender-related debates may also lead to fresh forms of terrorism. In the face of tensions Trump could bring, the EU will attempt to bring Turkey to its side and may even consider arming it. Scandals within the U.S., involving the CIA and FBI, will likely erupt and could even escalate into assassinations. In fact, a wave of assassinations targeting political leaders worldwide may unfold. Global NGOs, drawing parallels between Trumpism and fascism, might provoke movements like the LGBT called rainbow movement and the Black movement. In response, actions opposing gender debates and homosexual communities will intensify.
So, what if Trump fails to become president? Or, if he is assassinated, a president killed after being elected? Would these possible tensions still not occur? Let’s remember that whenever the U.S. government attempts to enforce a policy, the opposing faction of the deep state tries to counter it. These are their internal conflicts; we only see and discuss the outward expressions. Thus, we need to analyze events and the ideas behind them…
As for us! Wars continue to surround us in both the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. Let us remember that all these wars are taking place along the routes from Europe to China, where knowledge and wealth are flowing from West to East. It’s also disrupting the Russia-Europe corridor. We, as Turkey, find ourselves right at the center of all these conflicts. Therefore, who becomes the next U.S. president is of great interest to us as well. So, what do we have? Economies and politics are ever-changing. But assets that remain constant grant strength. For instance, we still retain our values, a healthy generation, natural beauty, and a land rich in resources. Isn’t that enough? Isn’t this what all these wars are really about?
