What a plan. In fact, the plan has been devised since the 1980s. It was constructed with the collapse of the Soviet Union. In 20th century fiction, the thesis was the USA, the antithesis was the Soviet Union. In the 21st century, the thesis will be China and the antithesis will be the USA.
Globalists have started to move to China since the 90’s. This relocation took place in the form of both capital, know-how and technology transferring. Because these instruments are under the monopoly of the Globalists. Otherwise, it is difficult for China by its own efforts and facilities to make the J-20 fighter jet, which is the equivalent of the American F-22 Raptor stealth aircraft, or to bring back lunar samples from the dark side of the Moon, under Chang-e 5 mission.
The process of moving of global capital to China is a topic for a separate article. However, with this process of resettlement, the United States, which currently occupies first place in the world in the economic, military and technical sphere, is losing this position and turning into an antitheses.
One of the pillars of this process is to engage the USA with the conflicts in the Middle East and the new troubles that emerge with constantly changing conditions in the region. The first Gulf War named Operation Desert Storm (January 17, 1991 – February 28, 1991), followed by the invasion of Afghanistan (started on October 7, 2001) and the second Gulf War (March 20, 2003), latch on to US. The American administration and its people, as well as the international community, were kept busy with fancy names such as “Operation to liberate Iraq” in the 2nd Gulf War and “fight against terrorism” in the occupation of Afghanistan.
Decades have been passed from these wars and the US is discussing reducing its military presence at these two countries, left behind millions of Muslims dead, tens of thousands of US soldiers as well and trillions of dollars burden. The US is now in high-level talks with the Taliban, asking the group to end the war and share rule with the Kabul government.
Along with these massive and last long wars, the fact that the United States has oppened hundreds of military bases all around the World, mainly in the Middle East, are substantial damages to the US. According to some, in order to possess oil resources, for others to control energy routes, the USA has gone to these wars. Others argue that US wants to keep determining the price of oil in dollars, so that the dollar’s domination as the international reserve currency will continue.
For whatever reason, while the US was focused on the Middle East, China, was drived up economically and commercially, as well as technology and military, faced no obstacles. So much so that even the Covid-19 outbreak has returned to China as a benefit, making the country the largest economy in the World by overtaking the US in 2028, 5 years earlier than previously forecast, according to a report by the UK-based Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR).
The current US President Trump, seeing this situation, tried not to entering new wars and to withdraw significant number of troops from Europe and Middile East, but he failed to overcome the barriers within the country.
Joe Biden, president elect, will focus on Russia and the Middle East, leaning on fancy arguments such as democracy, environment and human rights and will continue to lay new pavements for the rise of China.
