“Our entrepreneurs, who are well aware of our country’s potential, invest in Turkey’s bright future paying no heed to scaremongers. We, in return, support and incentivize entrepreneurs in every area. Considering any issue experienced by business people as our own, we produce solutions to their troubles and problems,” said the President, noting that Turkey further consolidated its manufacturing infrastructure with new factories and industrial facilities during the pandemic while the economy in many other countries came to a standstill.
“TURKEY WILL COME OUT MUCH STRONGER FROM THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC”
Stressing that people lost their lives in the so-called most developed countries due to lack of access to basic healthcare during the pandemic, President Erdoğan stated: “Western countries are encountering significant problems not only in their social fabrics and peace, but also economically. The order of welfare, built on the blood, life and property of the oppressed and victims, is now falling apart.”
Underlining that Islamophobia and xenophobia, which the western countries have recently embraced, will not suffice to save them from the impasse they have found themselves in, President Erdoğan stated: “Turkey, however, will come out much stronger from the COVID-19 pandemic in economic, political, military and diplomatic terms. This will be the century when Turkey’s star will shine even brighter.”
