Cemal Delu, who lost 12 members of his family in Israeli attack on Gaza said Turkey was their biggest supporter.
AA Executive Board Chairman and Director General Kemal Ozturk paid a visit to Delu, who lost his wife, 6 children and sister in the attack, and passed his condolences to him.
Saying that Turkey was their biggest supporter and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan always stood by Palestinians, Delu said they considered Erdogan the leader of the Arab world and sent his regards to Erdogan. He said they knew that the Turkish people commiserated.
Death toll from Isreali attacks on Gaza raised to 116 including 27 children, 10 women and 12 elderly people and 904 Palestinians were wounded at the seventh day of the offensive. Meanwhile 3 Israeli soldiers were killed and 9 others were wounded.
A total of 24 press members got wounded in the attacks.
