“We are determined to preserve our model partnership and the positive atmosphere in our multi-dimensional relations. I am glad to re-affirm that we share a common vision to boost our relations further especially in economy and trade,” Gul said in his letter.
In his letter, Gul underlined regional and global importance of the relations between the two countries, saying that Turkish-US ties would make invaluable contributions to peace, stability and security in many parts of the world including the Balkans, Central Asia, North Africa, Caucasus and South Asia.
